Here is a check-list for each release of ueagle-atm driver

Version

• The version is classically of the form x.y.z with major / minor / bugfix, can be svnYYYYMMDD for snapshot of svn
• Update file VERSION
• tag ?
• provide a changelog (how to do it automatically ?) then commit it on svn with comment "version x.y.z"
  • svn log --xml|xsltproc svn2cl.xsl - > ChangeLog # see the website for svn2cl

make packages

• see DocPackagingUEagleAtm for content of packages.
• make a tar.bz2 with everything for the end-user
• generate new CMV & firmwares files, no autoconf / automake currently

update documentation

• check open bugs on gna
• UEagleATMxy

upload online

• on http://baud123.free.fr/ueagle-atm/ (x.y/ directory)
• on http://castet.matthieu.free.fr/ueagle-atm/
• on http://download.gna.org/ueagleatm/ (x.y/ directory) without proprietary firmwares
• on Freshmeat (project to be declared) :
  • need a tar.bz2 (complete if possible : all files even non-free)
  • need a changelog => how to obtain it from SVN ?
